Adrienne and Chef Mark Ciaburri, formerly owners of Congress in Mt. P, are all over town with their Ciaburri’s Interior Mexican Flavors pop-ups and events showcasing Mark's Mexican cuisine!
Ciaburri’s offers some of the duo's most popular Mexican dishes, including Achiote Pork Tacos, Brussels Sprout Quesadillas, Mole Poblano Enchiladas, Shrimp Ceviche Verde, and Guacamole. They also sell scratch-made salsas, mole, pepita brittle, and Tres Leches, packaged & ready to go.
Ciaburri's is currently operating at the farmers' markets in Mount Pleasant, Sullivans Island, Folly Beach, and at Boone Hall Farms Homegrown Sundays (at the Market Cafe on the third Sunday of every month). They also have regular pop-ups at the Container Bar and several breweries. They are also still providing catering and in-home events.
We loved Congress and were sad to see it close, but we are thrilled to have Adrienne and Mark as our guests at Dashi!
